Be sure your laptop, tablet, or smartphone has a full-function USB-C connector that supports Display Port 1.2 Alt Mode and Power Delivery.
*To connect on iPhone or iPad with a lightning port, you will require to purchase a Lightning Digital AV Adapter from apple.com and connect via a HDMI to mini HDMI cable**.
