Amending & Cancelling orders

If you would like to cancel you order simply sign into “my account” and click on cancel order. You’ll see a list of your item(s), click on the link ‘Cancel item’ and we will process your request. If we are not able to cancel your item(s) as they have already been processed, please return them to us for a full refund following the returns process. For more information about our returns process, please see “I want to return my order”

I want to return my order

It’s easy to return an unwanted item, simply sign in into “my account” to create a returns request within 14 days of delivery. We will then get back to you within 48 hours to authorise your return. You will then need to send the product back to us via a secure courier. You will need to arrange and pay for the courier, and you should retain a receipt as proof. Once we have received the product back, we will check it over and then contact you with the next steps or simply return the original payment method.

How do I track my order?

You can track your delivery by using the tracking number provide which you can access from your account under “my orders” or simply by your dispatch confirmation which will have been email to you.


I have received a damaged or Incorrect Item

We are very sorry you have received an Incorrect or Damaged item. Please contact us immediately by phone and we will sort the problem for you.


My Item has developed a fault

Nearly all our products come with at least 12 months warranty or more for our UK and Irish consumers. You can contact us direct to return a faulty product within 30 days, but we often find it is useful for you to contact the manufacturers helpline first, they can help you diagnose the fault and try to resolve it on the call – we find that over 50% of returns enquiries can be resolved over the phone. If in doubt please contact us.

Unwanted Items under 14 Days

You can cancel your order and return items to us simply by calling us on 0800 368 9039 or raising a return at enquires@comet.co.uk.. Unwanted goods must be returned unused and in a saleable condition with their original packaging. You will need to arrange and pay for the cost of them to be return.

Faulty Items under 30 Days

We will offer you an exchange or refund. Simply call us on 0800 368 9039 or raise a return on enquires@comet.co.uk.

Faulty Items over 30 Days

Check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair, or warranty service. If there is no warranty or repair service, please call us on 0800 368 9039. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to assist you with a repair or where this is not possible, we may be able to replace the item with the same or equivalent model.

General

Please return items with all components and any promotional extras. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in household waste. If you have a complaint, feel free to contact us by emailing us at enquires@comet.co.uk.
