How do I amend or cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order simply sign into My Account and click on cancel order. You’ll see a list of your item(s), click on the link ‘Cancel item’ and we will process your request. If we are not able to cancel your item(s) as they have already been processed, please return them to us for a full refund following the returns process. 

I'd like to return my order.

It’s easy to return an unwanted item, simply sign in to My Account to create a returns request within 14 days of delivery. We will then get back to you within 48 hours to authorise your return. You will then need to send the product back to us via a secure courier. You will need to arrange and pay for the courier, and you should retain a receipt as proof. Once we have received the product back, we will check it over and then contact you with the next steps or simply return the original payment method. Visit our Returns page for more information.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number. The tracking number is available by accessing My Account and then selecting Orders. Click 'View Order Details' for full information. Alternatively, the tracking number is available from your dispatch confirmation email.

I've received a damaged or incorrect item.

If you've received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately by phone (0800 368 9039) and we'll sort the problem for you. 

My item has developed a fault.

Nearly all products include a standard 12-month warranty as minimum, for all UK and Irish-based customers. You can contact us directly to return a faulty product within 30 days of purchase. We often advise that you contact the manufacturer's helpline first. They can often help diagnose the fault quickly and resolve it on the call – we find over 50% of returns enquiries can be resolved this way. However, if you're in any doubt or need further assistance please contact us by email or phone.

All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in household waste. 

Unwanted items within 14 days

You can cancel your order and return items to us simply by calling us on 0800 368 9039 or raising a return at enquiries@comet.co.uk.. Unwanted goods must be returned unused and in a saleable condition with their original packaging. You will need to arrange and pay for the cost of them to be return.

Faulty items within 30 days

We will offer you an exchange or refund. Simply call us on 0800 368 9039 or raise a return at enquiries@comet.co.uk.

Faulty items over 30 days

Check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair, or warranty service. If there is no warranty or repair service, please call us on 0800 368 9039. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to assist you with a repair or where this is not possible, we may be able to replace the item with the same or equivalent model.
