Get FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £99 inc VAT. Delivery time is within 3 working days. Free delivery automatically applied at checkout, if applicable.

Exclusions apply to Hotpoint and Indesit large appliances, Northern Ireland deliveries, and selected postcodes. Please see restrictions and exclusions section below.

Standard Delivery (1 - 3 working days)

£3.95 – receive your order in 1 - 3 working days. Applies to all orders under £99.

For all Russell Hobbs large appliances delivery will be arranged directly by our supplier. You’ll be contacted by the supplier with a proposed delivery date.

Express Delivery

£5.99 – order before 4pm to enjoy express delivery and receive your order in 1 - 2 working days (subject to payment clearance).

If you miss the 4pm deadline, don’t worry. We’ll dispatch your order the following working day.

Large Goods Delivery

£24.99 – Available on all Hotpoint & Indesit large appliances. Item(s) will be delivered to your room of choice, unpacked and packaging recycled, within a convenient 3-hour time slot. Please see product page for further details.

This service is unavailable with Russell Hobbs large appliances.

Northern Ireland Delivery

£25.00 – receive your order in 3-5 working days. We currently don’t offer large goods deliveries to Northern Ireland.

Hotpoint & Indesit Large Appliances Only

Delivery options and dates are displayed and chosen when you add a Hotpoint or Indesit appliance to your basket. Dates are shown based on the latest availability.

Delivery Details

Here’s everything you need to know about Standard and Express delivery:

  • Delivery options and fees are displayed, calculated, and confirmed at checkout.
  • Delivery options and fees differ for Northern Ireland, as stated above. 
  • We use a variety of couriers for all delivery services, dependent on the type of product(s) ordered.
  • All orders placed after 4.00pm Monday - Friday will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders placed over a weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will be processed the following Monday (excluding Bank or Public Holidays).
  • Orders placed on a Bank or Public Holiday will be processed the next working day.
  • Someone must be available to take receipt of the goods on any of the days the delivery may take place. A signature will be required.

In addition, for Amica, CDA, and Swan Refrigeration products, we do not currently deliver to the postcodes and locations listed below:

Do you offer free delivery? 
Yes, we provide FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £99 (including VAT). This service delivers your items within 3 working days. The free delivery option is automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies. Please note that exclusions apply to Hotpoint and Indesit large appliances, Northern Ireland deliveries, and selected postcodes. 

What delivery options are available for orders under £99? 
For orders under £99, our Standard Delivery service is available at £3.95, with delivery within 1–5 working days.  

Can I use a different delivery address from my billing address? 
For your protection, we normally ask that your billing and delivery addresses match. This helps us keep your order safe and secure. 

What if I need to use a different delivery address? 
We understand there are times when this might be necessary. If that's the case, feel free to contact our customer service team. While we can’t guarantee every request can be approved, we’ll always look into it and do our best to help. 

Can I track my order? 
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link via email or text. You can use this link to monitor your delivery's progress and estimated arrival time.​ 

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe?

Do you deliver to my area? 
We offer delivery across the UK. However, certain remote or rural areas may have specific delivery restrictions or longer delivery times. To confirm delivery availability to your area, please enter your postcode at checkout or contact our customer service team for assistance.​ 

Can I schedule a specific delivery date and time? 
While we aim to accommodate our customers' preferences, specific delivery date and time scheduling may not always be available. However, once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information that provides an estimated delivery window.​ 

What happens if I'm not home when my delivery arrives? 
If you're not available at the time of delivery, our courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.​ 

Do you offer international shipping? 
Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping.​ 

How are large appliances delivered? 
Large appliances are delivered by our trusted specialist teams to make sure they arrive safely and securely. 

  • For Hotpoint and Indesit items, you’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery date during checkout. 

  • For Russell Hobbs and other large appliances, the courier will contact you after purchase but before dispatch to arrange a convenient delivery time. 

Where possible, we'll deliver your appliance to your room of choice. Just make sure access is clear and safe for our team to carry out the delivery smoothly. 

Do you offer Express Delivery for large appliances? 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer an Express Delivery service for large appliances however our standard delivery service is quick and affordable. For Hotpoint & Indesit appliances, delivery date choices are displayed and chosen once you add an item to your basket.

Can you remove and recycle my old appliance? 

Yes, we offer a removal and recycling service for a cost of £27.00 — but it’s currently only available when you’re purchasing Hotpoint or Indesit appliances. If your order qualifies, you’ll see the option to add recycling at checkout. Our delivery team will then safely take away your old appliance for responsible recycling. 

Do you provide installation services for new appliances? 
Yes, we offer installation services for many of our appliances. The availability and cost of this service depend on the specific product and your location. You can select the installation option during the checkout process, and our team will handle the setup for you.  

What should I do if my item arrives damaged? 
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service & Support team immediately at 0800 368 9039 or email us at enquiries@comet.co.uk. We'll assist you in resolving the issue, which may include arranging a replacement or refund. ​  

Can I return a product if I change my mind? 
Yes, if you've ordered the wrong item or are simply not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at 0800 368 9039 or email enquiries@comet.co.uk to request a return. Ensure the item is unused, in a saleable condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that you'll need to arrange and pay for the return shipping. ​
